A shortened version of the band’s original name, Kindred 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, K24/7 boasts of highly gifted musicians who all have determination in their hearts, talent and sheer passion to perform — Paolo Banaga (vocals), Johann Mendoza (vocals), Ryan Daguiso (vocals), Anthony Dio (drums), E Silonga (lead guitar), Francis “Kiko” De Leon (bass guitar) and Ian Gil Fajarito (keyboardist). So talented are these guys that one shouldn’t be surprised if Paolo decides to hit the keyboards or E breaks into a song. Multi-faceted artists they truly are.

Their addictive blend of RnB and soul has earned them respect from fellow artists, gigs in numerous clubs and hang-outs, out-of-town shows and of course, loyal fans and supporters who are all too willing to help the boys spread their brand of music. The band has moved many crowds with their trademark Boyz II Men medley. They have brought crowds to their feet with their fun and powerful renditions of fast songs. Vocalist Paolo has also left many gaping in awe with his sentimental and heart wrenching love songs. Fellow vocalist Ryan also has his share of spotlight whenever he raps and Johan does it with that particularly rich and beautiful voice.

And with the release of their highly anticipated album, “K24/7: NEW ERA,” the band solidifies their niche. Included in the album are monster hit “Pangako” (composed by K24/7 former member Joshua Desiderio, now part of Freestyle), radio airplay faves “Your Smile” and the Paolo Banaga-Jay Durias duet “Pangarap Ko’y Ikaw,” (written by Cacai and Raul Mitra) which was used in the movie “Till I Met You.” The songs “Dry Your Eyes” and “Come Back” are also two of the album’s draws.
